This deep fryer has a tube heat exchange design that incorporates fast temperature recovery and a large cold zone. Millivolt control does not require an electrical connection. It has enough power to fry a variety of popular appetizers and entrees like french fries, onion rings, and hot wings. Its 70-100 lb capacity makes this unit is a great choice for light-duty use in restaurants, concession stands, or pizzerias.

2. Easy to use thermostat for accurate and adjustable temperature between 200-400 °F
