in one 48-inch, all-stainless platform—engineered and built in the USA for demanding commercial kitchens.

- 4 lift-off open burners, 32,000 BTU each, with 12" × 12" cast-iron top grates & removable full-width drip pan.
- 24" manual-control griddle, 1" steel plate with 3" grease trough; 2 burners @ 20,000 BTU (40,000 BTU total).
- Two 20" space-saver ovens, 27,000 BTU each, porcelain enamel interiors, 250 °F–500 °F thermostats, spring-assisted doors & two chrome racks per cavity.
- Stainless steel front, sides, 6" deep landing ledge & choice of 6" stub back, 20" riser or full high shelf (no up-charge).
- 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs standard; optional swivel casters available.
- Factory-installed 3/4" pressure regulator & manual gas shut-off.
