The Mitsubishi 18,000 BTU single-zone EZ FIT Ceiling Cassette air handler and outdoor universal heat pump unit (MLZ-KP18NA*/SUZ-KA18NA*) is an extremely efficient heating and cooling option that is great for small- to mid-size size rooms. 

The SUZ-KA18NA* is the Mitsubishi's current 18,000 BTU outdoor heat pump model. This outdoor unit will support you even in near 0 Fahrenheit temperatures! The MLZ-KP18NA* Ceiling Cassette recesses between the 16" o.c. ceiling joists providing a clean flush-mount appearance. The slim body design fits into shallow ceiling cavities making the EZ FIT a popular selection for room upgrades or new construction projects. High/low ceiling airflow settings and automatic vane control personalize room comfort. The unit is equipped with built-in condensate lifting mechanism. This unique cassette unit is serviceable from the bottom (electrical and flare connections).
