The Trento FP-IT-0006 is a compact, horizontal bowl cutter engineered for butcher shops, delis,

A ventilated 1 HP asynchronous motor spins a food-grade 3-blade hub inside a 10 lb stainless
steel bowl, producing perfectly emulsified pâtés, finely minced vegetables or evenly blended
sausage mixtures in seconds—without raising product temperature. Built entirely from corrosion-
resistant stainless steel, the unit cleans down in minutes and stands up to the toughest prep lines.
