Maintenance Tips
-
Clean condenser coils monthly to maintain efficient cooling and prevent compressor strain.
-
Inspect and wipe door gaskets weekly to ensure seals remain tight and prevent cold-air leaks.
-
Wipe down the interior, exterior, and worktop surfaces weekly using gentle, non‑abrasive, food‑safe cleaners to preserve hygiene and stainless-steel finish.
-
Avoid overloading the interior — keep storage organized and leave space around vents so cold air circulates evenly.
-
Check and clean the drain pan or drain lines monthly to prevent water buildup, leaks, and odors.
-
Monitor internal temperature daily to ensure it remains in safe food‑storage range.
-
Schedule a professional maintenance inspection annually to check refrigerant levels, fan operation, seals, and electrical components — prolonging unit lifespan and reliability.
